Qingdao Housing Provident Fund Management Center issued the Notice on Issues Concerning Certification of Marriage Status in Clear Loan Acceptance Link, pointing out that since September 18, 2015, our civil affairs department has no longer issued (no) certification of marriage registration records, and temporarily unable to achieve inter-departmental information verification. In order to ensure the normal development of housing provident fund loan acceptance business in our city and further simplify the loan formalities, after research, before the relevant departments further improve and promulgate relevant business regulations, the employees'application for loans links issue marital status certificates and related matters are handled in accordance with the following provisions. If the applicant is single (including unmarried, divorced, remarried or widowed, remarried) at the time of applying for a loan, he or she shall sign and issue a written conclusion. In principle, he or she shall no longer provide relevant marriage relationship certification materials. However, if there are special circumstances, relevant certification materials shall be provided: (1) the marriage status of the registered permanent residence book provided by the applicant is marked as married; (2) the credit investigation system of the People's Bank of China. In the information, the applicant's marital status is married; (3) When accepting the registration, the comprehensive transaction system of housing provident fund indicates that there has been a loan record, and after inquiry, it is found that there is information of both husband and wife applying for loans.
In case of the above-mentioned situation, the applicant shall, in addition to signing and Issuing the concluding statement, provide the divorce certificate according to the specific circumstances, or the relevant materials such as the Civil Judgment, the Civil Mediation Letter issued by the court, or the death certificate of his spouse, the certificate of cancellation of his domicile, etc. If the applicant has any objection to the marital status recorded in the credit information system, the objection shall be dealt with.
The applicant should go to the administrative office to sign and sign the closing document, and sign and print it. Where the applicant is unable to sign the concluding document at the administrative office, the concluding document shall be notarized by means of a notarial certificate or the concluding document signed by the applicant himself. If the applicant is in a married state when applying for a loan, he or she shall continue to provide a marriage certificate. If the household registration book can reflect the relationship between husband and wife, he or she may no longer provide a marriage certificate.
